Good morning. Am 59 years old and still working in a private company where i am in charge of admin and finance functions. Sometimes, when I look down, I get dizzy and the left side of my neck and head is sore and have a tingling sensation. I look up right away and massage my nape. My friends and daughter (who is a med tech) suggest that I take vit b complex like pharex. Am taking vit c and vit e and a food supplement of mx-3. Fortunatley, my executive check result last january, 2012 (fbs/sgpt/creatinin/xry/ecg/pap smear/lipid profile and other lab procedures had very good results.Will i take pharex vit b? if so, what is the dosage?
