If you are already 18, then it is doubtful that anything is going to help you grow more, because you have probably already reached the end of your growth cycle.

If someone is younger and still in their growth cycle and they are growing slowly due to a lack of the vital nutrients that this contains, it may help slightly.

However, some people are just not naturally meant to be tall, or big and this may be something that you just have to live with.
