Hi jean,

The closest match I'm finding to your pill is that of generic Mucinex (Guaifenesin) 400mg, used for chest congestion - expectorant.

NOTE: This oblong white pill is said to have an imprint of "Ph 063" as opposed to "Ph 078"; with a score on one side as well.
