This tablet contains Bosutinib Monohydrate 500 mg (NDC 0069-0136, marketed under the brand Bosulif).
BOSULIF is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with:
- Newly-diagnosed chronic phase (CP) Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia (Ph+ CML).
- Chronic phase, accelerated phase (AP), or blast phase (BP) Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.
Inactive Ingredients:
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Croscarmellose Sodium
- Povidone K25
- Magnesium Stearate
- Polyvinyl Alcohol
- Titanium Dioxide
- Polyethylene Glycol 3350
- Talc
- Ferric Oxide Red
- Poloxamer 188
