Pescription Fake M 30mg Oxycodone

found M 30 light blue slit in half like a English Muffin and was able to twist apart as if they were glued together.... dont believe they are real

Hey Dave,

If it's something you found on the street in the kind of condition where you could just pull it apart like that, I would also think it was counterfeit or purposely tossed outside for a good reason. You shouldn't really be able to do that with any tablet, but it sounds like some people will go the extra mile to give a false appearance.

Does it also have the same type of imprints as the real version, with an "M" on one side in a box and "30" over a score line on the back side?

I came across the blue m 30's and they look exactly like the real ones. I had a real one in hand also and other them the fact I knew I had the fame one I. My left hand there was absolutely.no difference. Beware!!

Don't trust anyone these days. Been taking oxi for a long period of time. And some from same dealer. But I got one the other day it was white didn't think of anything and I was in sun and thought it may be the sun that I couldn't see the light blue in it. Well me and my wife split it and after about ten minutes I started sweating and blurred vision also throwing up. I was so high that felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. Had my wife drive home and I heard her several times saying she was nodding out. I know this wasn't the real mbox 30 we got someone been making them and resealing them cheap to my dealer. Idk what it was but I'm so done with the pills. I hurt every day and can't get pain meds where I'm from, so for that I have to deal with my pain and go on. I have been clean 4 days sense that don't feel too good but rather feel bad then feel dead.

I have been using oxycodone for over a year now and seen all kinds of it. Have used m 30 before but yesterday I picked up m 30 and had a line going around the pill and it lifted and literally looked like an English muffin. But it tasted the same and felt almost the same but maybe cause in my head it's saying it might be fake so not getting the same effect as I used to. Did you happen to find out if these are for sure fake or real? Maybe just cause it might be a little old it happens? Lmk if you anymore updates on it thank you
