periods bleeding is not coming well so plzz give me the name of medicine so my periods becomes regular nd bleeding should be there

Hi I m 25 yrs old. I m a hypothyroidism patient. My period is irregular . BT this month its take more time... 40 days over. ... sometimes I m feeling stomach pain BT still it's nt getting. ... is there any chance of pregnancy.

U/A and ultrasound said negative. koi help krdy periods kyun ni hory 25 days opr hogye :'( vaginal pain. kmr pain too much :-(

my wife had periods for 2 day slow bleeding now its gone and pain is also gone now for about four day later my wife is having a periods pain now and there is no bleeding but pain is alot what should i do should i gave her medecines or should i wait for periods to do on its own

Hello !
I am 23yrs ols weighing 51kgs and unmarried.
I had my last period on 18th oct .. Since then i hav missed my periods . Though they are always delayed for few days since the time they jav started but now its been olmost 3mnths . Have olready had medicine cycloreg n Crina ncr . But nothing has shown the result till noe . Please help
