I am currently scheduled for a vein bypass surgury in my lower left leg due to P.A.D. I was wondering if anyone as has this surgury performed, and what the out come was. It seems kind of scary to me, but I was told that it was only alturnative that I have if I want to get rid of the pain in my leg a toes which is very very painful, not to mention uncomfortable. I was prescribed Vicodine 5/500 and Percocet 5/325 and they did not stop the discomfort or the pain. I am sick and tried of taking these Meds and looking forward to this surgury. But if it does not work like it is suppose to, which I am told is a possiblity. I would rather take the Meds. instead of being cut on. Has anyone had this surgury done? my friend has been taking percocets for 3 years now. he takes 3- (5mg)? every day. another friend says he taking (10mg) pills but saying they are (5mg) pills. he says that they are for his aching back. he is at least 40 lbs overweight. he does have a legal perscription for them so he says that he is fine and i should mind my own business. recently he says his kidneys hurt or at least there is a pain in that area. am i being over cautious or is my friend in danger? any help or facts may help me to sway him. ## 3 pills a day is a normal dosing of this medication and if he has a legal prescription to use them, there isn't a lot you can do, other than voice your concerns and advise him to speak to his doctor regarding his additional pain. ## hell he may have kidney stones, or pain radia...

512 ## Is there a reputable pharmacy where I can get oxycodin without always having to get a prescription.One that won't rip me off? ## Darren, I think the only way you can pick this drug up without a prescription is illegally. It's considered a serious narcotic drug, and (from law enforcement standpoint) the implications of using it illegally is basically the same is if you were taking any other hard drug. As for the imprint 512, if the original post is talking about a White, Round, Scored tablet with the imprint 512, then that is a generic Percocet. i found two blank oblong shaped pills withh just a line going the short way through the middle can anybody help me identify this? ## There are no letters or numbers on it? ## i found 1 2 looks like a aspirin or anicin blank with 1 line thru it ## I am very sorry, but if there are no markings, it is impossible to positively identify it, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. In the US, all legal prescription medications are required to carry unique imprints to enable their identifcation. Without a marking it could be any number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Is there anything else I can help you with?

I been taking 1 a day, half in the morning and half in the afternoon. I work a very physical job and suffer from aches and pains. I'm fine at work, but at home need to nap alot.sometimes just hours after I get up. I'm worried about my friend. She takes percocets and usually gets the ones that say 512. However sometimes she gets other kinds and complains about there not as good so she takes more. I know percocets have tylenol in them and i am worried about her overdosing on tylenol or the oxycodone in it. How much is to much? Also she usually don't take them all at once but she will take alot throughout the day. Today she got some that some that said 325Mg on one side and L403 on the other and she took 6 in like 2 hrs cause she felt little effects. I just worry about her. I have been reading a few post, comments, and possible solutions about taking percocet, its effects and weather or not they are safe to take. I must say that I am very lucky to have found this website. My doctor prescribed me some percocet 5mg and I sometimes do not feel the effect at all. this has me wondering if I should have prescribed this type of medication at all. I have P.A.D, which is poor circulation in my left leg, I was told that it is completely blocked form the knee down. It is very uncomfortable, and hurts like hell in my toes. I can take two pills and feel no efferct at all. but lately, I have been experiencing a slight pain in my shoulders and when i take the percocet it goes away. am I possibly experiencing withdrawl effects? and if so what are my alturnatives. Any help...

I broke my ankle and foot on march 3rd of this year and it hasn't healed properly. I am getting much worst pain than usual and have a hard time walking a lot. I get a M.R.I on july 19 then will find out if I need surgery or not, but for now I am in so much pain. I have taken recently Tramacet at night time but I find the pain is still bad. In the morning I can't stand the pain so take like four or five Advil, which doesn't help only a just a little. What should I be asking for from my doctor? white tablet line on one side 104 on other side ## I believe the pill is a generic Percocet 5/325. It's made by Mylan Pharms. It's 5mg Oxycodone with 325mg Tylenol. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do.
