Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness". The ovals are ok but not as good as watson...The peach or yellow pills are also less effective than the watsons. ## I just came across an article from this website,"Generics and Biosimilars" titled, "Actavis makes agreement for generic abuse-deterrent oxycodone", Posted 03/05/2013, that explains exactly why everyone is getting sick and feeling no pain relief. The pills are like said before generic for percocet 10/325, for me these pills don't work very well for my back and leg pain, I have had L5S1 rebuilt twice first time in 1994 had a 8mm fragment and the 2nd in 2005 massive amount of small fragments, both surgery's failed around 10 years after surgery. I was on methadone and haven't had any since monday. I've been taking percocet to help with withdrawal. I took 10 mg of percocet at about 4:00 this morning. October 2014... There are fake Percocet 10's going around with the marking 10/325 on one side and m523 on the other. I don't know what they are, but they are NOT percocets. I have been taking them for 12yrs and I know just by tasting one that it is not Percocet. Be carefully... I have been taking Oxycontin and for BTP Watson 10/325 generic Percocet for a number of years; they have always given me some pain relief. The Actavis Percocet 10/325 do not give me any pain relief. Life is hard enough with the stigma I get from pharmacists’, some friends, people in the pharmacies. hello, found a pill in one of the kids room it is white, round one side is blank the other side has numbers on it 44 on top and 104 or 148 on the bottom part of pill. please tell me what it is and my kids will be questioned about it.. thank you ## 44 104 is acetaminophen 325 mg. If it's 44 148, it's acetaminophen 500 mg. ## Teva Pharmaceuticals list a tablet with marking og 44 104 as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol and is available over the counter. It is most commonly used treat pain, and fever. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. I got a script for percocet IP 204s but they don't look like the ones I've taken before. They say IP 204 on them and they look like they're thicker / fatter. Are these just as effective as the other ones? Do they have different molds for them? ## Are there different sizes of percocet IP 204s? I have been under the care of several prominent Pain Specialists for severe neuralgia. I am prescribed six 10/325 Percocet daily every 6-8 hours for pain. I take them two at a time, five hours apart. Noon, dinner and unwinding with the TV at night. Some days I take four, some days I take eight. Sometimes I take 3 at a time. I also take Lyrica, Nortriptyline and Zyprexa for their pain benefits plus several other medications. I never run out before the end of the month, there is never a desperate moment. I was issued 2 scripts from the same Dr. For 10mg/325 Oxycodone. Due to Surgery last week total Hip Replacement! I know I will have to pay out of pocket cause my insurance just filled at beginning of the month. He gave me 2 due to tolerance & going through PHYSICAL THERAPY 2 to 3 times a week!
