This must be a new generic. Please, if anyone has any info on this generic, good or bad, your input is appreciated. Thankyou!

Re: Mejane (# 1) Expand Referenced Message

Does not surprise me it seems like unless you get the oxycodone with NO acetaminophen their ALL garbage. Id ask your doctor to either seitch you to name brand percocet or to the 15mg oxycodone that's all i can tell you

Eywa Pharma is a generic manufacturer with a facility in Cranbury NJ, USA.

Can anyone post back with the markings on the Percocet in question, so I can research more information on it?

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Re: Mejane (# 1) Expand Referenced Message

I picked my prescription up yesterday and same thing. It's not working and it's making me itch like crazy. I've been on this medication for years and I know for a fact it's the brand. I called the CVS pharmacist and was told they couldn't switch it so now I don't know what to do.

Re: Peg (# 6) Expand Referenced Message

I was switched to this the last week and I too am itching like crazy but also having crazy low heart rates that feel like I will pass out (generally in the low 40’s). I know I can’t switch mid prescription but I will have it on my chart to never get those again.

Re: Peg (# 6) Expand Referenced Message

Same here, their answer as always is the pharmacist has no control over any generic brand they receive to dispense nor can they special order generic brands even if our Doctor specifies a different brand written on script.
This month I'm now given AMNEAL Brand, worst ever. No pain relief & sicker than ever.
Praying for you & all my CPP friends.

I have had the option to change from hydrocodone to oxycodone/percocet but I have never got any help from any ox/perc & per scripting guidelines ox/perc equals 15 of morphine thus 2 ox/perc allegedly has the same pain relieving qualities as 3 hydrocodone as hydro & morphine are equivalent pain meds per scripting guidelines.

I have had several different oxycodone scripted to me over the last 20+ years & none of them helped ..... qualitest always worked the best for me but par pharmaceuticals bought them out & discontinued the good qualitest formula & kept the par substandard (imo) formula I have also had Watson & they worked but not as good as qualitest but they were bought out by a Brazilian company & they also discontinued the god formula .... Many wonder why drug dealers order the junk pain meds or use the junk formula.... well if they sell or make 100,000,000 units and save 1 penny on each unit that would add $1,000,000 dollars to the profit margin .... greed is evil .... this is why maybe if you can find an independent drug store (dealer lol) they may carry the good formula because they do less volume of business thus that penny per unit is better added to the script cost (if scripted 5 a day) most people would gladly spend that extra $15 on the script for a script that performs better but the big national would rather advertise low prices & make higher profits (imo)

This cost profit margin works on all products not just hydrocodone... hope you find something that works for you ... may the creator heal us all

I just got this brand and it's disc shaped like mallinkrodt which I can't take. I am so afraid to take this. why can't they leave us be and stop switching.
I pray for karma for those responsible for doing this to us evil to the core
