Percocet Ip 204

Please do not waste your funds on these pills IP/204.They do not,I repeat they DO NOT WORK.I've never posted on any of these forums but it upsets me that I've wasted my money and I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through,still in much pain with no help at all.

Hello, Ashley! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you've had.

These tablets contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

However, there can be slight fluctuations from one generic medication to another, so this one might be slightly lower than the ones you're used to taking, which could explain the problem.

Usually, since the differences are very slight, your body will adjust after a week or so.

Have you spoken to your doctor about the issue?

The only difference would be in the inactive ingredients.

Amneal is a reputable company. Personally, I like the IP204's. Never had a problem.

You are right,I've been taking them for about a week now and I'm starting to feel them,I noticed that I had to double the dosage though,thanks for replying and actually caring;)

Well, that makes sense then.

Everyone becomes opiate tolerant. It is a natural process that occurs. Some people will need to take an increased dosase of the opiod in order for it to be as effective. If that is the case, you should inform your doctor. A pain management physician will know to adjust accordingly. If you are seeing a general practice Dr or recovering from surgery or something, then those docs typically are not going to continue prescribing narcotics or work to increase and find the best dosage for you. Need pain management.

Out of curiosity, which brand/manufacturer of percocet were you taking before the IP204's?

Usage of IP204, I have used these pills for 3 weeks now and have yet to get pain relief that allows me to move. Previously i used a yellow round pill from a different pharmacy. I couldn't understand what the problem was, I have had to double up on my medication just to get relief (nominal relief). In situations like these what are you to do when you run out too soon? I am under pain management and always feel judged when i go in. Now I have to inform them that the medication didn't work. This is a horrible position to put chronic pain sufferers in. If you are changing the active ingredients to save money, you make us pay twice! Prescription cost and then unmanageable pain. How is any of this fair?

I was told they're making a smaller ip 204 thats half the size of the regular ones. I would like to know if that's true so I won't be shocked when I get them?

Try taking some Tylenol with it, that is a helpful trick until you get use to them. I have done that with them.

First and foremost Amneal is reputable alright! They have a horrible reputation! Their Norco and Percocet are trash that cause horrible side effects.

I realize this post is older and their formulation may have changed. However, Amneal opioid analgesics are known to cause severe side effects. Some of which I have experienced first hand. Their norco gave me horrible headaches, flu like symptoms, severe tooth/jaw pain, and a gunky dirty junked up foggy brain type of feeling. All of this went away when I quit taking the Amneal norco.

I was on norco for years before they switched me to percocet. They said it was stronger. Sorry but im in so much pain. This medicine sucks. And now kaiser says all our pain is in our heads. Are you freaking kidding me. I never abused my medicine, but now I cant move and my quality of life with my 3 yr old grandson is more important to me than your stupid issues of opiate abuse in this country. I have never abused my medicine but im paying the price for ***** doctors who over prescribed medicine for over 50 yrs and people who decided to abuse their pills.
