Percocet And Methadone ????

Just took a perk 10 3 hours ago and took a 4th of a methadone 10mg 5 mins ago will I be ok?

Those aren't terribly high doses, but could be dangerous for someone that isn't opiate tolerant, due to the sedation and depression of the central nervous system that they may cause.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
