Percocet, Dilaudid And Fentanyl

Is it alright to combine breakthrough medication (ie; one 10/325 percocet, one 8mg dilaudid), while wearing a 25 mcg fentanyl sq patch?

Generally, only one breakthrough medication is prescribed with a long-acting medication, such as the Fentanly patch.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as constipation, dry mouth, dizziness, and headache.

Taking too much could result in overdose, which carries the risk of being fatal, so you should only take the medications, and doses that your doctor has instructed you to take.

Are you on any other medications?

Thanks for the retort.
Post traumatic surgeries, do notice one pain med. (/not mixing) at a time, is now very specific to treating. Meaning before shattered leg/steel plates/pins etc. There would be a euphoric comfort. Now any meds only treat exact location and pain.
If were to use breakthrough medication, this only raises tolerance. I've learned one week of choice med then the next week switch...just can no longer mix it must be one or another.
Note* Do you have any thoughts about the generic Mallnick ( ? ) for percocet ?
