Percocet, Ativan, And Metroprolol Safe To Take Together?

After my Sinuplasty surgery 2 days ago I was given a scrip for 10 tabs of Percocet 5 -325 to be taken 1-2 every 4-6 hours as needed. I also have scrip for Ativan EQ .5mg. I was given several weeks ago for Metroprolol withdrawal that was causing my BP&pulse rate to go up. I was anxious because I knew my numbers were high.Today I am feeling very anxious and don't know if I should take Ativan. I have 2 tabs of Percocet remaining, is this a safe combo?

The main concern with mixing these two medications is due to the fact that they both cause depression of the central nervous system, which can cause lowered heart rate, blood pressure and shallow breathing.
