Peploc 40 Side Effects

I've been taking Peploc 40 after meals, prescribed once a day. It's my third day. Yesterday morning I woke up with a terrible headache in my eyes, forehead and on top of my head. By the afternoon I was feeling nauseous. I hardly get headaches and feel concerned. Is it related to symptoms of side effects?
