Pentrexyl And Setraline

Hi, I think I have laryngitis. My ear/throat hurts. I'm currently talking sertraline. Is it safe to take a pentraxyl to rid the possible infection?

No, it is never a good idea to take an antibiotic, just because you think you might possibly have an infection. If you don't and take one, you create the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.

It would be best to see your doctor and only take an antibiotic, if they confirm the presence of an infection. Then you also need to make sure to finish the full course of treatment, as prescribed.
