Pentostatin/ Cytoxin Treatment

Why has there been , so to speak, no recent, say after 2010, discussion of treatment of Waldenstroms with Pentostatin/Cytoxin , results and criticisms ?

In many cases, treatments and clinical trials don't receive the necessary funds to carry out further experiments or studies with the given drug/medication.

Based on a number of articles that I've come across on this subject, there really is no one attempting to create discussion on it. And in my opinion that is why sites like this one thrive off of discussion and criticism. The lack of information available to the public can certainly leave one asking questions or seeking further information that simply isn't there. In reality, it takes individuals like you and I and many others within these forums to create and present criticism to provoke the need for more information.

If I was desperately seeking new up-to-date information on this topic, I would even go so far as to contact the author of these old articles/studies just to inquire about it. If no other information is available then there must be a valid reason behind it.
