I've been taking Penicillin for 7 days once daily for strep. It's been a week and I felt worse and I just noticed that I was supposed to be taking the Penicillin twice a day instead of once a day. Should i just start taking it 2x daily until finished or do I need to stop and get a new / different antibiotic?

What has your medical professional advised? In many cases, they will just prescribe more of the given antibiotic, so you can finish a full course of treatment.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
Are you on any other medications?
