The product you are referring to is a topical antibiotic ointment that contains Penicillin as the active ingredient to treat or prevent skin infections.
In the U.S. anything containing Penicillin is only available by prescription, since it is an antibiotic.
Where did you buy it at, when you picked it up, before?

I bought the penicilina pomada at a mexican grocery store in Pontiac Michigan. It came in a small red and white circular plastic container. It was only $4.79. It works so well. I use it for every cut and scrape I get. it helps heal at least twice as fast as Neosporin or other ointments like that available in the United States without a prescription. If you ever have the opportunity to purchase some i would recommend it, you will definitely use it and like it.

I found it on eBay. I hope there are no terrible side effects because I bought it in a last ditch effort to heal some lesions courtesy of Lyme... the improvement was almost immediate. {affiliate link added}
