I'm pretty sure the medication you want is only available by prescription. Have you checked with any pharmacies in your area for something similar?

More than likely if you have a condition or infection that requires an antibiotic as strong as Penicillin, you should make an appointment with your doctor anyways and he should be able to prescribe it to you.
