My 5 year old son takes 5mg singulair, 1t of zurtec and flonase spray every day. We live in michigan and he crues because he cannit breath through his nose. He has asthma as well. Anyone out there with children similar? Finding better success with different drugs in similar situation?

Have you taken him to an allergist that treats children, or just a regular doctor?

At his age, you do have to be very careful with the medications that are used and a specialist will probably be able to provide him with the most assistance in this matter.

In spite of what my regular doctor tried, when I was younger, I really got no results, until I was an adult and went to an actual allergist, so I really think you should look into one for him.
