Hi Tina,
Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL.
However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other.
Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma.
Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?
