Is the marking possibly I 32?

If so, Aurobindo Limited lists it as containing 40mgs of Rosuvastatin, and yes, it is used to help lower cholesterol levels. NDC code: 65862-0296

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, nausea, and joint/muscle aches.
