Paying Cash (not Insurance) To Refill Xanax Early

I live in PA. Tomorrow i go to the Dr. to get my Xanax prescription. It's technically too early if my insurance covers it. If I go to a pharmacy I've never used and tell them I have no insurance, can they look me up on the internet and find that I actually do? Are all pharmacies linked to a database, even independently owned?

Almost every State monitors for this. Plus it is illegal in every state. Still can be done but your method of payment is not going to help you if you use cash, gold, or bitcoins

ABSOLUTELY THEY ARE LINKED. I am lucky enough to have a great little neighborhood pharma that is closed on weekends and they accommodate me IF my refill date falls on a weekend. I don't abuse..I do save extra in my 'go-bag' along w/ survival supplies. Xanax or the generic is a strong drug and considered as 'watched for' as any Opiate. I'm sorry for your plight. Used to be there, until age finally slowed me down needing less.

I have commented before regarding motofen & my inability to get it and if I do find a 'prescription I almost can't afford it. Currently I can't find it. Would certainty like to be informed when it becomes available again which is supposed to be in December of this year. For me it is a lifesaver. I have crohnes and have a good amount of intestine removed leaving me with chronic diarrhea for the past 40 years and the motofen is the only thing that works. I have been without for about 2 years now.
