Patient Assistance Income Guidelines For Bosulif

Does anyone know the income guidelines for the patient assistance program for Bosulif?

Interestingly enough, Pfizer doesn't seem to list any of the criteria for qualifying patients on the their website for Bosulif. However, digging a little deeper I was able to find a phone number to what they call a "program counselor" who is supposed to help research and determine what programs you may be eligible for through "Pfizer First Resource program" to get Bosulif at no charge.

The number they have listed is: 1-877-744-5675, and the office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time.
