Pass Etg In 30 Hours (Page 14) (Top voted first)

I've been clean from alcohol for 30 hours. I've had a gallon of water yesterday and one before testing. I also drank a creatine mixture to raise my levels. Do you think I'd pass an EtG?

Little bit about me: I'm Irish and Russian. I drink vodka like a champion.

My suggestion to anyone that knows they will have to possibly one day take a ETG is to either a.) Not drink or b.) Test themselves.

You can buy ETG dip sticks on Amazon. I bought 12 of them so I could have enough to get me through testing myself and then a few so that if I ever have to take an ETG I would know whether I would pass or fail. These ones are 300ng/ml, the ones you are generally tested with are 500ng/ml. I went with a low cutoff so that I knew if I passed that I could easily pass with flying colors a 500ng/ml. I tested before I went out drinking to make sure that I was starting off on a clean slate and that the dip sticks actually worked. The test came back negative so I had a couple beers and then headed off to the bar. I got to the bar around 8pm and didn't leave until around 1am. I frequent this bar and they always treat me well. I told the bartender she had carte blanche to serve me whatever the whole night I left with about a $100 tab. She made a comment about how she didn't know how I was still appearing normal and holding on a conversation with her, she said she'd be in the hospital if she'd drank that much. I've always had a high tolerance and I'm not a small guy I'm 6'1" 180lbs. I also wanted to make sure I drank an obscene amount so that I knew what the maximum amount of time I needed to pass an ETG was. I got home and had a couple more drinks and something to eat and then passed out. I've never had a hangover, I know that sounds unlikely but there is no reason for me to lie about that. No matter how much I drink I always wake up just fine. I suppose if there were consequences for my actions, a hangover, I wouldn't drink so much. I woke up around 8am took a test and it came back positive for ETG, so I failed it making me confident that the tests work. I didn't really change my habits knowing that. I honestly sat on the couch and watched Netflix all day. I normally eat quite a bit and I'll usually drink one soda a day and a couple glasses of water but nowhere near a gallon probably not even a half gallon. The only real meal I eat is dinner the rest of it is just snacking all day. Woke up the next day took another test in the morning; failed. Went about my day. Got about a 2 mile walk in around 5pm, got home and tested myself again, tested negative giving me somewhere around a 40hr maximum.

It should be noted that I have a disease that makes me hyperthyroid which means my metabolics are sped up to an extent. This is why I say that everybody should test themselves though if they are concerned. Nobody's body is the same and nobody's habits are the same. What takes me 36hrs to process may take you 24hrs or 72hrs. Aside from whatever the reason you have to take the test in the first place, if you can't afford $20 in test strips you probably shouldn't be drinking in the first place.

I also bought this stuff called uridex-5. I haven't tried it yet but next time I go out I plan on seeing if it works, but I'm really skeptical. They have a triple cash back guarantee if it doesn't so I figured I'd try. Probably just make me throw up and I'll still fail the test. {affiliate link added}

Hi All! I came across this thread and thought I would see how it went.

I am new to this and am going through a class for my DUI. I was urine tested this past Wednesday evening at 5 pm. Prior to Wednesday I had done some casual day drinking on Saturday- a few mimosas. two 12 oz beers and 2 frozen mimosa drinks. My last drink was Saturday around 8:30 pm. I had not touched anything after my last drink. Should I be ok?

I ended Up having more around 9 beers and tested 36 hours later... flushes my system and probably got a dilute. Should find out today :/

I drank nearly 6 beers and 6 shots of 40 proof rum ending Sunday night at around 11:45. I got called in for a U/A for tuesday which I took at around Tuesday afternoon. In the mean time I had consumed over a gallon of water Monday night including cranberry juice. I continued with about another gallon of water Tuesday morning with niacin, creatine, b12 and multivitamin. Is it possible to pass an ETG? Or actually get a dilute?

Drank four 4% beers Tuesday AM and tested 42 hours later. Flushed with water, took creatine and vitamins to replenish before i tested. Is there ANY chance I passed? The lab uses a 500ng cut off for etg.

Hello-

I drank a decent amount on Saturday (two mixed drinks. 5 beers. And a shot) my last drink was probably around 11 30 pm. I may get tested This upcoming Wednesday at 5 pm. I have been drinking water and going to the sauna. I am a 120 pound girl. Should I be ok?

You’ll be more than fine. You’d be five drinking until Sunday evening. Anything over 55 hours is nothing to worry about. I was tested every Wednesday and drank from Thursday until Sunday night and NEVER had an issue. The 80 hour rule is complete exaggerated. I would worry 48 hours after the fact... but 55 hours to give yourself peace of mind!

Sharing my experience though it won't help with the 30 hours. I drank 4 beers and had been drinking consecutive days (but not a lot) and passed after 48 hours. I drank a ton of water in the 24 hours before testing but not overly active. This was a few months ago.
Recently I drank 9 beers then took 12 hours off then had 7 beers. 72 hours later had a surprise test no warning. I was moderately active but didn't drink more water than normal. My pee was very yellow. Still passed.
I didn't get a dui but have an assault charge that was dropped with alcohol involved so have this silly restriction. I got rebellious. Honestly drinking isn't worth the consequences I was sure a was going to get in trouble this last time. I can wait to drink for 3 more months.

I drank about 5 budlight beers and three shots of patron tequila Saturday night until 3 am. I had color called and tested for ETG today (Mon). I waited until 3:50 PM. I drank a liter of water yesterday and a gallon of water today, plus a red Bull, multi vitamin, 5 he energy drink and a detox drink this morning. I ate a good breakfast if peanut butter toast and an egg... Water and 2 cups of coffee up until 20 mins before test.. Red Bull and 5 he energy drink an hour n a half before test. I am on zero tolerance and worrying sick. What do you think will happen... I'm guessing about 30-36 hours of time with the above intake.
