This pill was given to me at giant eagle for Paxil never had high blood pressure until taking. First day got bad headache and in three days they got so bad I had to quit talking them head ache started to go away checked blood pressure it was 170/102 now I have to take blood pressure pills to try to get back to normal Doctor said it was bad manufacturing. Can you help me with this?

My husband is a nurse, went on 20 mg paxil for 3 months and ended up with erectile dysfunction, so he said no way because that made him more depressed. He hits the gym 5 to 6 times a week and says it works better than any stress meds.
