I was told by one Dr. that trepiline is very bad for your heart, today I was told my neorologist should never have given me Trepiline together with Azilect 1mg as it is very dangerous. Please tell my why. I have parkinsons and I am a 35 year old female ## It is actually the combination of the two that can be dangerous for your heart, as well as a lot of other biological processes, not necessarily either one by itself. Your neurologist was correct, there are many severe warnings about using these two medications together. Does flexiril interact well with requip? ## There are no serious interactions listed, however, you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be sure. The only thing that is warned about is that they can both cause CND depression and respiratory depression, so when used at the same time, you should watch for problematic signs, such as trouble breathing, slowed pulse, sedation and slowed heart rate. I have used various older drugs like Tegretol, Topamax, Epilum for complex parcial seisures that started 6 years ago after a bash in the head. I have experienced HAIR LOSS with them all. I stopped all drugs 4 months ago as my hair was getting thinner over the last year, its still falling but less. I was wondering if there were any new drugs like SAFINAMIDE that may not affect the hair. Has anybody been using this drug and experienced HAIR LOSS ## I have tryed Tegretol, topamax, epilum and lost lots of hair like every one else over the last 6 years.I have stopped all medication for 8 months now but cant drive. You either loose hair or drive, what a choice. Does this new drug Safinamide and Lacosamide do the same. It seems they are all just bad drugs.

I have parkinsons, and was put on stalevo for 10 months. I saw my neurologist sept 9th and asked to be put on another drug, as I experienced terrible side effects, basically they were not right for me,as I am of a nervous disposition, I am now on madopar cr x 4 times daily, but not working, started sept 10th I feel no energy cant walk x when i can it is very slowly as madopar are not working, thougts of suicide and because of the change over am experiencing cold turkey and am stressed out by the salevo high bp, and they have quickened my internal shaking etc and am in a terrilbe state, how long do they say in ones sysytem, and I have this rning /paraylisation at the back of my neck, and sometimes it comes out in knots what do I do.Thank-you.
