How is your son? I'd not suggest giving him something like this, without his doctor's approval. Children have to be doses very careful. Have you tried something like Paracetamol to help with the cramps and fever? That should be okay, if his doctor approves him taking it. Have you consulted his doctor? I just drank 2 gen-payne capsules and 2 actamol tablets...is that a bad combination? ## Hello, Immy! How are you? Yes, since both medication contain Paracetamol, you should not have taken both. How are you? Did you suffer any adverse effects? Whenever you take it, each dose needs to stay under 1,000mgs at a time and under 3,000mgs for the entire day, otherwise you could risk liver damage or failure.

my fever is on and off every evening my temperature is going higher(to 39 degree) i already go to my doctor to have a check.. he check my blood and xray my lungs.. and he said that i have a infection because of the mucus thats in my lower back he gave me paracetamol and other medicine for my plegm.. 3 days later i didnt feel much better i still suffer body pain.. then i go to another doctor and she gave me tramadol + paracetamol that will be taken every 6 hours.. how safe is this drug and whats the normal way to take this drug.. i have taken 1 already and it make me feel better.. thanks

I worked in alot of factories in my teens so i started getting RSI along with back ache. So naturally i went to gp who prescribed me co-proxomol and along with each dose take two paracetamols. So after a good few years later, they discontinued co-proxamol due to somebody taking an accidental overdose so that left me stumped. Long story, short 20 years later still have addiction to painkillers with having suffered crohns disease for 8 years and for rest of my life will have it along with few other illnesses i.e. anaemia, cant have kidz, plus a load more but will take up alot of room. ## Hello, Mizz Lucifer!
