Naproxen and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is the combination you mentioned. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory combo used to treat pain and swelling. Acetaminophen is actually not directly classified as such, in the U.S., but it is similar enough that the FDA will not allow these medications to be combined into one product, here, due to the dangers. I am known case of MI,PTCA with stenting to LAD in November 2012. On medication deplatt A150 my doc has stopped resovas as lipid became too low. now it is 160 hdl 43 ldl 105 my bp is also lower side -102/69 and heart rate 54 my age is 48 ht 178 cm and at is 68 kg. how can I gain weight around 74 kg and also correct my lipid profile? I have been using large amounts of stilpane and I am kinda addicted to it I am 3weeks pregnant how will that effect my baby. ## Stilpane contains Paracetamol, Meprobamate, Caffeine, and Codeine. My husband is taking various medications for hypertension and cholesterol; he has also been prescribed Paracetamol for arthritic pain. However, he complains that if he takes Paracetamol it makes him sleepy and also causes retching (bile). I found some white tablets amongst paracetamol and ibuprofen tablets. ## Hi Louise, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oblong/capsule shape pill with the imprint IP 111 with a score dividing the two imprints. Did your doctor not provide you with any dosing instructions? From the amounts in each teaspoon, it sounds like that would be a dose, one 5ml teaspoon for a child of that age.
