Paracetamol 500mg Fevergain (Top voted first)

i want to know more about Pracetamol fevergain 500 mg... i immediately risk to give my son 9yrs old this kind of medicine...he had now fever and flu! Is it safe for him to take this medicine and i'm worried i gave him 500mg...please inform me for this matter!

I IMMEDIATELY GIVE MY SON 9 YEARS OLD TO TAKE THIS KIND OF MEDICINE , I'D LIKE TO INFORM IF IT THERE'S NO RISK OF GIVING PARACETAMOL FEVERGAIN 500MG... I AM WORRIED I GIVE HIM THIS KIND OF MEDICINE..KINDLY GIVE ME INFORMATION ABOUT THIS MATTER IF MY SON SAFE ON THIS!
