Paracetamol 500mg Fevergain

i want to know more about Pracetamol fevergain 500 mg... i immediately risk to give my son 9yrs old this kind of medicine...he had now fever and flu! Is it safe for him to take this medicine and i'm worried i gave him 500mg...please inform me for this matter!

However, an uncontrolled fever that climbs to high could cause dehydration, seizures, brain damage and possibly death.
