Pamoxab And Xarelto

Can I take Pamoxab for a chest/cold infection while taking Xarelto (a blood thinner)? The Pamoxab is 2 yrs old.

Medications do begin to lose efficacy, once expired, so taking them could create the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria, thus it would be best to see your doctor and obtain a new supply, if you need to take an antibiotic.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
