Each time I purchase Pamelor my body feels different. I feel as I am starting new medicine each time

If you are getting pills made by a different manufacturer each time you get your prescription then that is a fairly normal occurence. If they aren't switching them and they have all been the same dose made by the same company, then you need to see if they carry it made by a different manufacturer and try that.

As to the manufacturer, it depends on which you are taking, a generic or the name brand?
