Pain & Tendo Care

I'm 63 and having pain in left hand two middle fingers, left elbow, right shoulder and right hand one finger for a long time. Some one suggested me TENDO CARE tablet.. Will it work? Is there any risk or any side effect?

For about last one year I have been suffering from finger, elbow and shoulder pain. Fingers are stiff and having pinning type pain and frozen shoulder( only right). Not properly diagnosed. Some one suggested me to take TENDO CARE tablet. But I am afraid, if the tablet has any side effect as I have to take medicine for high BP and have to take inhaler for mild respiratory problem. So I need advice for TENDO CARE tablet- effect and side effects (if any).
