Pain Management With Ip 190 500 Oxycodone

Have had back spasms and severe pain for awhile. All I have is regular naproxen which is doing nothing for my back. Would be interested in hearing how others have coped without opioids, and whether any recommendations can be made for finding reputable pain clinics and physicians who can still treat with oxycodone.

I have serious severe pain all over my body from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and had a severe fall down cement stairs requiring surgery in 2015. I need a doctor who will prescribe me pain medication. It is too severe using just topical gel..

Sorry to hear about your challenges with pain management. Just out of curiosity have you considered researching any natural alternatives such as Kratom or medical cannabis? The US National Institute of Health has clinical literature suggesting that either one of these options may be a therapeutic treatment option for chronic pain patients. I've also come across numerous testimonies here on MedsChat from individuals who find them to be beneficial for their unique level of pain.

But if the pain is too bothersome or severe, it may even be a good idea to contact a pain management clinic/doctor in your area. If you cannot find a practitioner on your own, perhaps a general MD would be able to give you a referral after getting a closer evaluation of your condition.
