Seeking a pain medicine doctor who will prescribe pain meds along the lines of Oxycodone/Roxicodone 30mgs in Philadelphia where i now reside.
I have recently in the last several months beginning with a slip and fall accident, prior to that years ago i had right knee surgery and last year had two surgeries on my right hand which lead to putting pins in and also out. Now my biggest issue is the chronic back and neck pain (which also i have a son who just turned two) i had an Orthopedic doctor in Philadelphia send me for MRI's that came to prove i have buldged/herniated discs in my neck/C3-C4,C4-C5 also lower lumbar/L5-S1, also two pinched nerves in lower back each side, a pinched nerve right side of neck down into my shoulder and they found carpel tunnel in my left arm/hand. (not to familiar with carpel tunnel, doing research now) i was living in new jersey and had prescribed pain medication from my Orthopedic doctor and was taking up to four 30 mg generic Roxicodone a day for my pain which has become chronic pain due to like i mentioned an accident.. Etc.

Why are these people writing that they can help ya'all with a pain doc and then never give you the info! That's just as bad as a doctor suddenly stopping your meds! Geez!!! People, google Pain Management in your area or an area you can make it to and check out each PM's websites. They can tell you a lot of what is needed for you to get in with them, etc. It looks as though you cannot count on the people who are saying they can help you then never give you the info! That is cruel!! Anyway, give several pain management places a call. Not only them, but try different clinics and ask if any of the docs deal with chronic pain patients. That's how I found my GP who prescribes my meds. Good luck. I'm sorry I can't help you any more than this.

I'm dealing with debilitating OBGYN issues! My OBGYN told me today that I definitely NEED a pain specialist but I don't know of any... Willing to travel for a Dr that won't just scoff at me. I'm assuming that this "Lee" isn't answering our sincere requests for info because he probably doesn't exist. We all are refugees from doctors who once helped us but now these Doctors have become cowards to the government and are afraid to actually help anyone who is prescribed to anything above Vicodin. My doctor (Hartman) out of Lebanon lost his balls this year when out of the blue he decided to "Consolodate his Practice" when I've been seeing him for over 10yrs and had me on 8 60mg OPs and 8-10 Roxicodone 30s a day. He left me out to die pretty much because I'm still looking for a Doctor to has enough balls to continue the treatment plan that he had me on. And they wonder why there is a opioid epidemic. It's because good people are left out in the cold by their doctors and have no other choice. A lot of us could file "Patient Abandonment" cases on these Doctors and we really should. Good luck to all of you and please share any tips on Good Doctors who aren't afraid to help people.

Some people are just nuts, I have my own pain and mri to go with and yes i get prescribed pain meds but anyone who actually thinks that 240 - 60 mg OP and 300-350 mg roxi a month is an actual plan of action is either stupid, dilusional, just a straight up junkie or all of the above. If u ever got that from a single doctor you are absurdly over prescribed, lucky your not over dosing and getting kidney stones and ruining your liver faster than an alcoholic. The most in a normal plan is 150 a month of each and personally I believe that is over doing it, 90-120 is more normal but 200-300 like seriously com'on

Yes u can say I have been on this for this long if u have documentation but no you can't just go in and say I'm in pain gimmie 30s. Like seriously think about what that makes you look like to a doctor who doesn't know you. And if anyone seriously thinks that 240:60mg OP and 300:30mg roxi a month is a normal plan of action your either delusional, stupid, a straight junkie or all of the above. Realize that is comically over prescribing. Anyone who gets pain meds with legit problems from legit docs know 90-120 is the normal amount per month and can even go up to 150 a month but 200-300 like seriously com'on.
