Pain Management Doctor In Central Florida Area
UpdatedI was in a car accident a while back, and broke my back in two places. I've been living in constant, sharp pain ever since, and it seems to have gotten worse recently. I live in central Florida, and am searching for a pain management doctor in my area. In the past, I have been prescribed methadone, oxycodone, hydrocodone, etc. from my pain management doctor, but that has been several years ago, and I have moved since then. Can anyone help with the names of some pain doctors in the Deland FL area? No insurance right now.

This is a county clinic that does offer pain management. I was too sick to reapply. Hope I can turn my application in Monday and survive the 6wk wait for help. Methedone doesn't work. I was on fentynol 75mcg and nucynta 50mg for breakthrough. There's a saboxone dr. On 92 next to the titty bar. Stockhammer.
I'm looking for a Dr. In the ocala, fla area that prescribes methadone for chronic pain. I have been taking methadone for 13 years, the same low dose with no side effects. I've had numerous back surgeries due to a car accident. I found a MD prescribe me the methadone, but no pharmacy will fill it in ocala. They are saying something about a new law that just passed 2 weeks ago. I'm from ga. And have never had a problem getting the methadone I need. Any advise or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Since moving to the FL area of Port Orange and waiting for my Medicare to come thru (which it still hasn't) I need a Doctor who understands CRONIC pain and the ability to help me. I've been waiting for my insurance but can't wait any longer. Between accidents, surgery's and new ailments I NEED A DOCTOR. Can anyone recommend someone w/in 10-15 miles of Port Orange? Can you believe my husbands Doc doesn't take patients w/out insurance??????
Lizzy it sux I know to DEA with pain itself, but you have to be a fl. Resident. Too many ppl were coming down here from all states and just tot ally screwed for real patients . Each pharmacy is alotted a certain amount of drugs in a time frame. There is barely enough meds to Fl residents. I wish you the best of luck
