I'm not sure what all is available for him to try there, but you may want to ask his doctor if Fentanyl is something you can get that he can use.
It is a very potent narcotic pain reliever, which is available in several forms, though it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
