Pain Clinics In Kentucky Or Ohio That Will Prescribe Oxycodone (Page 2)

I am a 34 year old female that has osteoporosis / bone disc degeneration disease, also hereditary problems. I am in pain constantly and need to find a doctor that will help me.

My Dr. said he had to stop writing for pain meds and give me my last script. I'm from Cincinnati. Does anyone know of a doctor that will write for 30 instant relief pills? Every pain management doctor has an 8 or 9 month waiting list. Any suggestions anyone?

Forget it. They have changed told me had to have knee surgery and cut med had been on for years from 10 to 5 I thought it was my body my choice.

It is people like you that is a drug addict feeling sorry for his self when they never think about tomorrow. You are a wanting a pitty party and I am here to tell you it's not OK! I went to Hope clinic too. First of all they tell you that the meds are addictive. They always asked if you felt like you had a dependence problem. They also would ask you about your pain level. So if you got your meds raised it was because YOU asked them to. So don't you dare cry wolf here, you WANTED them. So now that you lost to his and that you want to blame it on the clinic. Boo whooo. All you did is what drug addicts do. Get greasy. Now for the one's like me... well it's because of people like you my pain is through the roof. You should be ashamed, but your not. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I am looking to move to Lexington KY by my sister. I am also a chronic pain patient and have been on pain meds for years and I would like to know if anyone knows of any Dr who will continue with the meds I am on. I also have panic disorder, manic depression, muscle spasms etc. So I am also on meds for all these other problems beside all this chronic pain. Thanks

I am in Alabama I have had 7 neck and back surgeries. My neck and back have only gotten worse. I can say if ur on a low dose of pain meds don't have surgery. Its not worth it. You may just have nerve damage that is not repairable. Doctors always focus on spine as cause. I've had my c3-c-4 replaced as well as my l5. I have rods in my back and titanium plate in neck. Did not fix problem. I have had 24 MRI's with contrast without contrast. Xrays, CT scans. Every kind of inj. they have with little or no effect. Mayo clinic determines I have neuropathy (damaged nerves) finally its determined what I felt all along. That was 4 years ago. They recommend stimulator I should have researched it caused more nerve damage and put me in intensive care for 2 weeks. I finally begged them to remove it, so they did. My pain was at a higher level but controllable with pain meds. I was told I would be on pain meds for rest of life. Although I was told that I still keep looking for something non invasive like conventional surgery. Anyways my Doctor being pressured by our state and federal Government made me go down after 3 years of comfort. I am confined in pain at my house in bed most of time. My pain doctor dropped me because of pressure. I helped that happen too gave him excuse to drop me. Upset from having to miss family functions like my daughters Baptismal, I lashed out at him. 6 days before I run out of medicine. Anticipate being put in a hospital if I survive. My pain level causes my blood pressure to get critical. It was pain that kept me in intensive care. I would never give them the satisfaction of suicide. I want to live. No if I die from this pain it will be on them. Unless you are close to being paralyzed or death dont do surgery and if you do make sure its laser. Not conventional, that was a mistake. Scar tissue only aggravates damaged nerves.

I don’t know. I didn’t see anything turn up but I did want to truly express how demeaning that place is called Ballard. Right now I have to use my microphone. It’s cold outside but I wanted to post this because that place makes you feel like they’re the ones that are so professional, yet there’s no one there that is. It’s a very condescending place. They don’t treat you nice. I had plenty of x-rays and MRI‘s and show how bad my back is yet all they give me is low-dose Percocet three times a day and now two a day, yet it seems like others walk out of there and sell all their pills to pay their bills which I have heard them say so they must be getting something better. Most of the ladies there or doctors that you claim you’re saying are not doctors from what I’ve learned they’re all nurse practitioners. They have to wait for a doctor to sign off on your script and none of them have any idea what they’re talking about when it comes to pain, especially chronic pain. My best to all. Anybody who’s got anything to help in regards to finding a place near Florence Kentucky, even self-pay, I need to get in as soon as possible. I see so many others struggling also. I wish us all the best. Thank you if you can help. I am willing to travel. I just can’t ride too far and that Lexington trip was about killing me just to go get talked down to, lectured and sent home without any kind of manageable medication for this kind of pain.

I need a doctor that will prescribe 30s. I have taken them for 10 years. I just lost my doctor and I have had a neck injury. I broke it in between C1 and C2 and I have several herniated disc and that sciatic nerve. I would appreciate it if anyone could find me a pain doctor - a cash doctor that will prescribe 30s.

I have been with him off and on for 10+ yrs. One big disclaimer: you must have documentation of a legitimate pain condition. Or be willing to have new tests done to verify a legitimate pain condition. He is NOT a pill-mill kind of doctor who will just prescribe anything to anyone. He very thorough and does it all, interventional, shots, meds, etc. He was the first and only doctor I found that really listened to my problems. Plus, a very compassionate and caring doctor and staff. It took me many, many doctors and years of trying to find anyone willing to help me. Even though I have bone death in both shoulders and hips. He explained my kind of pain as one that comes from bone cancer without the cancer part. I wouldn't wish this pain to anyone, and he was the first to sympathize and treat accordingly. I agree with you! When someone goes to the doctor demanding a specific med at a specific dosage, what do you expect?? It’s not like you are at Walmart and can get anything you want. Drs have to prescribe according to the law. Sounds like some of the people on here are looking for a drug dealer!

Ikr....then you have doctors have sex with patients in exchange for pain medication but yet when I ask are they taking new patients they said no and 2 months later that same doctor got charged for having sex and over-writing prescription pain medication for women who didn't need it.
