I have severe chronic pain disorder and I am taking 20 milligrams of methadone a day and 10 milligrams of Norco a day.the pain starts from the top of my neck all the way down too much tell bone and in my hips and my pelvis.my doctor will not change my pill regimen.and we are having trouble finding me a pain management doctorcan you help find a pain management doctor in the Modesto California area? ## I have severe chronic pain disorder I am currently taking 20 milligrams of methadone 2 times a day and 10 milligrams of Norco once a day still in a lot of pain but Dr refuses to change my regimen having problems finding a pain management doctor do you know of any pain management doctors in the Modesto California area

I was using 4-5 oxy cdn 80 greenish Blue pills intranasally all the way through. And they are extremely powerful and dangerous. It's really hard to cold turkey these, harder then all the other opiates. Worst pain ever. ## Yeah I live in Calgary and wish I had a pill press and I could make these bad boys and then be a millionaire.. Haha .. Most the people that are making these have a good chemist that obviously has the right scales and tools to measure fentanyl accurately. Is there a little round blue bill with no markings on it?That is said to be a Roxy 30 ## All manufactured prescription products that are approved and available in pharmacies in the U.S. have markings on them. There is a law that requires it, to enable them to be identified in case of emergency. So, in light of that, no it is not a Roxicodone tablet, or any other prescription medication. If it has no markings, then it is most likely just something that is available over the counter, such as a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM or something similar. I have taken 4-5 10/325 for awhile, prescribed, although the prescription is old, 3 months. How long should this be in my system for a urine test? I am heading back to my 'back' doctor to discuss pain management, but would like to know how long these will stay in my system if I stop taking them? Thanks QF99

How are you? Benzodiazepines, such as Xanax, can be habit forming, so they may not be an appropriate choice for everyone. And the price on Norco, which is a narcotic analgesic, may also vary from one area to the next, plus your pharmacy is required to provide a generic first if you are insured, that is not an option that is left up to you. Hi my husband is disabled, he has been having no luck filling his roxy 30s. He was going to a wal-greens, but unfortunantly we live in S. Fla, so pharmacies down here pick & choose. Anyway he has humana disability insurance, they told him to send his persciptions in so he did, but he had told them every one of his scripts & where he lives, now they filled his non narcotics and said they cant do the narcotic because of where we live. Now since they filled his nons, he cant do anything with what he really needs. I am in bad need of a new pain management doctor in AR. I live in the Russellville area, and it is so hard to find a good pain doctor around here. I suffer from cervical dystonia with extremely painful muscle spasms. I have all my records, and MRI's. I have AR Medicaid, but it's almost impossible to find a pain doctor who takes it. If anyone could help me I sure would greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks so much!!!

I live in New Jersey and I'm prescribed to 30 milligrams and I am trying to find a pain management doctor who will prescribe me it..I had a horrible spinal cord injury back in 2005 and again in 2011 and now I have multiple bulging and herniated discs along with spinal stenosis and foraminal stenosis and narrowing along with muscle spasms neurogenic pain and fibromyalgia yet I still can't get what I need they still for some reason continue to prescribe me 20 milligrams 3 times a day which doesnt even left me 45 minutes and they know that well everyone else in that office who doesn't even have an injury nearly as severe as mine is getting 30 milligrams 4 to 6 times a day and oxycontin 60 milligrams 3 times a day long with fentanyl patches and diazepam although I get klonopin m...

Oxycodone in the instant relief form is much better than extended time release. Time release comes on at the wrong times and when you really need pain relief they aren't working. The doctor often prescribes norco for breakthrough pain. Why take 2 pain pills when you can just take the roxy IR and not be so hard on your liver. I've been on pain meds for 10 years. I do not know why anyone hasn't mentoned methadone ? Opana. Diaudid are both IR drugs. The pain relief never lasts long and tolerance develops quickly. Methadone is an instant release medication whose long half life cannot be beat. There is a new law or regulation that if your pain management Doctor has you on methadone that an EKG has to be done each year. Evidently methadone can contribute to heart arythmias but lower dose's ( under 80mg ) seem to be fine. 80 mg of methadone will keep almost anyone pain free ( and possibly asleep) and the duration is 24 hours. I had a very traumatic experience at a pain clinic. They gave me 5 inj's. which caused my tumor to grow and caused a annular tear on my spine from my L5 to my S1. IDK that till i called Aurora pain management and was told they only do inj's. and they cant treat my pain cause it would cause my tumor to grow. I had another pain clinic and they wanted to do the inj's., with the tumor still there. I refused so the Dr told my PCP to wean me off my meds. 10 days after I had the tumor removed Is when I got my MRI report to find out that basically I'M screwed. No Dr ever told me what was wrong. They only confirmed the tumor.

Can anyone help me find a doctor to help with pain management until scheduled surgery? I have history of endometriosis and they are telling me that my bowels are covered in scar tissue. Im unable to care for my son the way I should because the pain is debilitating. I'm seeing a doctor at the community health center but he's pretty much worthless. My husbands job wants $1200+ a month for insurance and we just can't affors that right now. The dr at the health center tells me to go to ER and ER tells me to see my dr. Nobody will help with the pain. I'm in the St Pete area.

I took an oxycontin on the 4th of last month, I NEVER take pills or do any other kind of perscription drugs. I have to take a hair follicle test to get a job on the 5th of next month, which will be approximately 30 days from the time I took the freakin pill. Is there anyway I will pass this test? Or is there anyway to mask thr test, i.e. shampoos, or home remedies? ## Did you pass the test? If so what did you use?

I am taking two tablets 5 325mg vicodin, my wife takes 6 tablets 10 325 vicodin ( both Norcos I assume). Will they show up as the same in a random urine test that the doctor will probably give me coming up to see if I am taking my pills. We at times share when one is out and pay back when one gets theirs. I found some pills in my son's book bag he said they are hydrocodone 10325 however they have the inscription U03 on them. Does anyone know if you can be prescribed Roxicodone and Oxycodone at the same time? ## U cant in Ky. But u can get Oxycodone & hydrocodone both. :) ## It would depend on the dosages and formulations. For instance, some could be prescribed an instant release Oxycodone for breakthrough pain and then a regular release or time released formulation for better and longer pain management. You can learn more Oxycodone details here. But it is the same medication, so you could not legally be prescribed the same dosages of the same formulation, at the same time. And as LadyM mentioned, you can be prescribed different narcotics, without issues, as long as the prescribing doctor feels that you have legitimate reasons for their writing for them. I have been looking for an up to date forum to ask questioms, and hope this is it. I am prescribed 30mg extended release morphine, 4 times a day, and 15 mg, IR morphhine for break through pain, 4 times a day. I have been taking it for aprox 10 years. I have had disc fusing surgery, and have 2 more herniations that need surgical help. Arthritis, scar tissue and many other issues. The meds don't ever take the pain away completely, but allow me to live and work and get up in the morning without wanting to die. I was given a blue and white capsule with white powder in it with NO IMPRINTING AT ALL on it and said it was a 30mg oxycodone. Is this possible?? Can a compounding pharmacy do this? ## Short answer: Yes, as long as the physician prescribed and there is a specific need for it to be compounded. That being said...I would be very cautious and inquire as to WHY they are compounding 30mg oxy as capsules instead of using the commercially produced tablets. I myself am a pharmacist and do many different types of compounding- mostly in the pain sector. and the only time I compound oxycodone is to combine it with either something for nausea (common side effect) or low dose ibuprofen or acetaminophen, or in combo with something to reduce/prevent constipation. How long after stopping the use of 5 325 can I resume driving? ## It really isn't even that you can't drive while taking it, it's just that you have to be very careful and gauge how badly it affects you, if the medication makes you severely dizzy, drowsy and slows your reaction times, then you should stay away from driving. However, if it doesn't affect you that badly, then there is no need to completely avoid driving, just be careful when you do. Thus, if you feel okay and aren't feeling dizzy or drowsy, you should be able to drive just fine. Learn more Vicodin details here.
