I live in Oklahoma, I lost my insurance this month. I am in pain management for 5 years for my back ( bulge disk) and he only takes insured people. Would like to know who distributes a 40mg yellow oxycodone with half moon and 330? What company? ## Hi Rebecca - The "half moon" sounds a lot like either the old Actavis logo or the Alvogen logo. Unfortunately I can't find a version with 330 on it from their product listings. Actavis does distribute a 40mg yellow oxycodone but with "OP 40" on it. But Alvogen's markings are a bit closer - They have an Oxycodone 10mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg pill (generic Percocet) which is round and yellow with the inscription 230 along with the Alvogen logo on them (NDC 47781-230). Does this possibly sound like what you might have? If you see a Google Image search for the Alvogen logo it could help to you verify that half moon. Please let me know if this helps at all. My nephew accidentally took a percocet the day before his probation visit. He thought it was his naproxen for a hand condition. He was prescribed percocet after a dental extraction months ago. Would the urine screening show as Cocaine and Opiates? He was arrested for this but it was totally unintentional. Or, is he lying about this situation? ## I haven't had coke for over 10 years. I'm on hydromorphone and dilaudid for back pain and I tested positive for cocaine. I also take marijuana but I don't know how this could have happened?

44/104 is this a perk 10?? Its round and white with a score between 44 and 104 ## What is a round pill thats round and says 57 on oneside and blank on other. Is it used in science treatment. ## Babygirl, the tablet with the 44 104 marking is an over the counter medication that is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Angela, I'm sorry, I can't find a listing for any pills matching that description. Can you please double check the imprint?

I am stone patients and I have take ultracet(painkiller) with cefakind as for infei purpose. Is it the right dose for me .I have prescribed the cefam and painkiller.but it is not available so I take ultracet and cefakind.plz gave me advice is it right for me as a stone problem in pain. I'm not going into a lot of detail about all the health problems that I have that require painkillers. I must say though I am on Medicaid and I have yet to find a doctor that is willing to accept me being on Medicaid and becoming a patient of theirs so that they will prescribe the medications that I need in order to live day by day. I have been prescribed Vicodin 10/325 for a couple of years for a failed patella replacement procedure. Now I have to wait at least 90 days for a total knee replacement and the pain is so bad the Vicodin is not effective. I'm looking for a good referral for a clinic in southern NH or northern MA who will prescribe something stronger, like Oxycodone, and not think I'm just trying to score pain meds. I don't want to increase my Vicodin consumption, as that leads to its own problems. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi. I am struggling to find a pain doctor to do medication management in or around Grapevine, Tx. I have been through surgeries and injections with no help. Also I guess I would have to be a privet pay patient since my insurance only has three doctors within 50 miles they will help pay for, one of which is the one referring me to a new person. (The other two are not accepting new patients) I would appreciate any information or other's experiences with local doctors. I have tried just calling around some and I keep getting the same answers... "You need to be with one of the insurance companies we take." Or "We only do injections." Hello, if I took 3 pills (i think 5 or 7.5 oxy), and I hadn't had any since 3 months before that, would this likely show up in a HAIR drug test? I am reading online that it's there for 3 months in hair, but some are saying that's only with repeated use. What's the deal?

I'm on 10mg time release opana/oxymorphone. I took more than prescribed and ran out a week and a half early. I saved a half of a pill though. I have my urine test thursday afternoon. Does a half still last 12 hours like the whole or does it break down differently when broken? Thanks guys for any help!!

I want to know why my test came back positive. I take morphine from pain managment and I got Tylenol 3 and Cleocin from my dentist. Could that cause a false positive test? ## Hi Janice. Would you happen to know what they tested you for exactly? Was it to make sure the "levels" of medication in your system are in line with what your pain management doctor has been prescribing you? 30yrs/Male, height -5'7, weigh 168.0 pds. I exercise 3-4 times a week at the gym. I eat right. I don't consume drugs or alcohol. I took one 5mg of Oxcodone at 8:30 am by accident. My morphine was missing or stolen from my script (12) pills I didn't know if the was the pharmacy's fault or my son had stolen the pills but I decided to cut back on pills, then went three days without pills. Worst three days of my life, on my pickup day I had to take a u/a. My question is will I be found negative for the morphine, and if so how do I tell my doctor? Every test I have passed.
