I have been on suboxone for I think a little over 3 weeks. I started this to get off of norcos which I took for pain and gained a dependency to. I have chronic pain and cannot function for my daughter, husband, or my management position at work while in so much pain. I would like to be able to take norco here and there to stop my pain. My main question it, I was taking around 8mg of suboxone a day. I took my last dose of suboxone almost 19 hours ago and I am curious if i can take AND FEEL a norco now. How will i know when the suboxone is out of my system so I can get pain relief from norco? Are there any rules pending or active regarding placing all chronic pain patients on a morphine equivalent ratio of 120 mg. per day? To patients who have never taken an opiate this is a big dose; however, those of use who have been chronic pain sufferers for years know each individual is unique in the type, amount, how the medication is taken as to what dose works for us. The goal is to take the least amount to allow us to function at a reasonable level. I pray some common sense prevails. Sadly those people who misuse, abuse and tragically die do affect us due to the facts this is sad, sensitive, makes the news thus affecting policy and.... us! Sorry long post, a little venting. I have fentanyl patches that expired in 2011. Can you still use them? Are they dangerous or just loose there potency? ## Hello, Jaebeau! How are you? I have a question about a pill round white pill with no markings. I was told they were Tramadol.. But I am not sure. I'm having a hard time finding a pharmacy in TAMPA, Florida that carries ENDOCET 10/325 (oblong yellow pill--inscription 712 on one side and 10/325 on other side).... ## I'm sorry, but we have no way of knowing which pharmacy has anything in stock, at any given time. In addition, there has been a recent shortage of Oxycodone medications, due to manufacturers having hit their limits for the year, so they cannot ship new product. The supply should return to normal after the 1st of the year. Ask if they accept cash pay patients, some do and some don't. You will need a copy of your medical records from your previous dr. If you were dismissed for breaking a pain contract or other rules, it will be very difficult, if not impossible to find a dr to manage your pain. ## Did you ever find a doctor that accepts cash paying patients/no insurance? what does a morphine 30 mg look like? ## Morphine 30mg tablets and capsules come in many different colors, shapes, and sizes. I was prescribed fentanyl patches in May of 2010. I never opened them, and want to know if they would still be good. ## What's the expiration date on them? I found one of these pills in my daughter's room but I thought they have more then one making on them. It's a small forest green pill, scored, with a small 30 on the scored side with nothing else on it. May be moving to Florida. Will I have a hard time finding a doctor to keep me on the same pain meds, oxocodone 10mg? I have been on this now for 2 years & my heart and G.I. doctors know I take this prescribed by my primary doctor. I don't want to have to be put through the wringer for I didn't ask for this pain med. My primary changed it to this from norco due to the acetaminophen in my others meds. He stated that with my other meds plus the norco i was getting too much acetaminophen so he started me on the oxycodone. I know it's a strong narcotic but with my huge list of allergies this was what they came up with. Found a bunch of tiny pellet size pills, misshapen (maybe from wear) that dissolves quickly with no taste. No markings. What are they??? Been searching online. ## I want to say I've seen little candies/mints that share a similar description, but it has been so long since I last stumbled upon them to recall a brand name. If they are candy, they must be pretty old to not have any taste though... However, in most cases that I find, without a marking of any kind, there's really no guaranteed way to know for certain what they are without having the pills analyzed by a lab. Do you think it's pretty obvious that they may be a drug of some sort (as opposed to a supplement/candy) based on how you came about finding them or the location in which it was found (i.e. at a dealers house)?...

I am prescribed Opana 15 mg ER and I am prescribed Percocet for beak though pain. I had a severe abscess and ran out of my Percocet. I had a u/a test. I'm certain the urine samples were sent off to the lab. Could you please explain to me how these meds are broken down through the liver and will the drug screen show the absence of the Percocet?
