I don't understand why I have to suffer so much and I've lost out on so much in life. It doesn't seem fair. I live in southeast ky. I need a doctor close by. Can someone please tell me where I can find a doctor who is not afraid to prescribe fentanyl patches and 10/325 hydrocodone? Due to all the changes that went into affect last year, my doctor has been cutting back on my dosages and my pain has been gradually increasing with each decrease. I'm ceasing my use of 30 mg Morphine Sulfate ER twice daily due to concerns that it's increasing my disorganization and not helping my pain as much as Celebrex and maybe Cymbalta. My pain provider suggested what seemed to be a rapid decrease of plateaus of only a few days before each decrease. Instead I filled with 15 mg tablets and decreased more slowly, always decreasing the evening dose first. I'm now at one 15 mg in the morning only- this is the third day. Has anyone had a problem with nucynta making them sick. I've tried 3 different times now to start taking this medication and each time within 3 to 5 days I end up with upset stomach verging on vomiting, diarrhea, not able to think straight. Hey! So a little background on myself, I have been dealing with back pain for over 5 years, and finally switched to a new clinic who has confirmed that I have MS and Ankylosing Spondylitis Reactive Arthritis. I also have 2 discs out of place (L3 and L4). My doctor recently started me on Oxycodone HCl 5mg every 4-6 hours, but not to exceed 4 per day. Well here is my issue: they last a whopping hour and a half tops. So then I have to sit around in pain while being a stay-at-home mother to a 2 y/o, for at least another 2 hours. What's the difference between a R P 15 white football shaped 15 mg oxy pill and a 15mg green oxy? ## Hi keke, There is no difference in the active ingredient since they all reportedly contain 15mgs of Oxycodone. The only notable differences would be found in the list of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders and fillers) that help make up each tablet's composition. I was taking 2 oxy 80's per day 8 roxy 30's perday and 6 dilaudid's per day every day for about 2 years and was on some type of oxy or roxy for about 10 years. I became resistant to the drugs. So my doc put me on subs. I came off the subs and had mad withdraws. So I went back on them. Called many doctors online and through sub treatment centers. I finally found a doctor who said they are telling you to come off wrong. You need to do this.
