Hello~ I’ve been taking 5/325% for severe back pain due to an injury since 2012. I had surgery in 2014. I’m still experiencing severe pain and have been taking the Percocet since. Recently my doctor has prescribed MS Contin 15 mg. Although it did take the pain down a few notches, I became very dizzy and it felt like the world is spinning around me. I actually stumbled a few times which I felt was putting me at more risk. Then came the nausea and the feeling sick part. My question is, what are peoples experience as far as does the dizziness and nausea feeling go away after you’ve been taking it for a few days or longer? I just moved to Hampton Roads, Virgina and am looking for a pain management doctor that will be willing to write for my meds. I have been a pain management patient for over 15 years and I take OxyContin, oxycodone and lyrica. I have sent my records to two big pain clinics and I am waiting to hear back from them to see if they will accept me as a patient or not. However, I am going to run out of my meds next week and there's no way that I will be able to get in with the new clinic, IF they even accept me as a patient!! Round, Thick, Blue pill with capital 'S' on both sides. ## Sounds like a 25 mg Sominex, which is a light blue with a large S on each side of it. ## I need the company name that makes 40mg oxycontin but NOT PERDU PHARMA CAUSE THEY SUCKS ## At this time, there are no generic version of Oxycontin available. Have had back problems 6 years now due to car wreck and also pulled it again at work. I am taking 2 40mg oxycontin daily, 2 30mg Adderall, 200-400 naproxen and pseudophedrine as needed for allergies. My pain mgmnt dr does a urine screening and then sends specimen to lab for conformation. The screening didn't show anything but the conformation showed hydrocodone. Just came across this same situation! Oxycodone Hydrochloride 80mg long yellow tablets with no markings at all. It looks fake but even is in the packaging that says rhodes pharmacy from somewhere in North Carolina. Honestly, it would be very simple for someone in India to pass off fake pills and packaging. It could be just plain sugar pills and due to the placebo effect it may even cure pain for someone who believes it is what it says it is. In your case 4.5 hours from initial dose: 10mg /2 = 5Mg 9 hours: 5 / 2= 2.5 Mg 13.5 hours: 2.5/2 = 0.5 mg below DOD standards threshold 18 hours: .5/2=0.25 mg 22.5 hours: .25/2= 0.125 mg undetectable The other way is to dilute if you are out of time. I recently started taking Lyrica 75mg tid for PNH from an exceptionally severe case of Shingles exacerbated by immune suppressants for Crohn's disease. I live in Oregon and have carried a medical marijuana card since the program began. I use strains that are very high in CBD, usually in a ratio range of 5/2 to 1/1. Pure CBD is not effective. I use vapor pens. My observation is that there is a very strong synergism between these medicines. The PHN pain has been my constant companion for a couple months now and only today was I able to get out of the house for a decent walk. I'm in my mid 40's and had 4 back surgeries starting when I was 19 years old. Last 6 months I have pain 3 to 4 times a week. Around 4 times a month it's excruciating. Docs say it's scar tissue from over the years and I've been on tramadol and other meds with little success. Just need something a few times a week when pain is a 7 or higher. My Doc suggest pain management however did not recommend anyone in particular. Paterson area or within 30 mins away.
