To try to help someone get better pain control. The Morphine ER is a time released medication and the OxyIR is an instant release medication, it's usually taken for breakthrough pain that the time released medication doesn't always control. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Because one is long lasting..er.. extended release..the other I.m. immediately release.. One to help with break through the other to carry u through ## did you just get done with a car c...
I need to find a good pain doctor in the grand rapids Michigan area. Any help will be appreciated. ## i need a pain doctor that accepts a mmmp patient ## Google "LIBERATE PAIN MANAGEMENT IN MICHIGAN". They are cash only ($210) and will give u meds. I've been going for 5yrs. They are by grand rapids. If u have questions email me {edited for privacy}. She is also marijuana friendly. ## I am currently seeing a pain doctor who is cash only ($210) by grand rapids and she is wonderful about giving pain meds if u need them. I currently get prescribed: 80mg oxycontin ER (2 pills, 2x daily), 10mg Norco (2 pills 3x daily), and Tramadol. I AM NOW LOOKING FOR A PAIN DOCTOR IN MICHIGAN WHO ACCEPTS INSURANCE but isn't weird about prescribing narcotics. I legitimately have many health ...
ALL I WANT TO KNOW ARE THEY COMING OUT WITH 40MG OPANA IN GENERIC, NEED TO PAY LESS IT JUST TO MUCH MONEY. ## Yes they are and already started senting them out. Check Impax web site and call them. They will tell you. You may need to have your pharmacy order them. They are much cheaper. ## A lot of it is going to depend on when the supplier for your local pharmacy can get them in. Learn more Opana details here. Every pharmacy can only order a limited supply of each controlled substance each month, so if they've already stocked up on the name brand, they won't be able to order in the generic for you, yet. Under the new laws, there is nothing they can do about it. So, it may take a month or two, before they become available to you. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Has ...
My girlfriend is having this exact issue. We went to a walgreens in Altamonte Springs Florida, across from Florida Hospital Altamonte. She has a spinal simulator for pain management, and it has broken, and is now malfunctioning and sending electrical shocks straight into her spinal cord. To have this implant put in it required drilling holes in her vertebre...this is NOT a small procedure. This of course is causing great amounts of pain. We went to the pharmacist with a prescription given by her doctor, and we have no problem waiting for it to be verified. The Pharmacist we find out later blacklisted her, and now she cannot get ANY meds from Walgreens, even cold medications. So not only can she not get her pain meds, she cannot go to any Aalgreens for any medications whatsoever. We foun...
i was told that these would help opoid withdrawals? i was prescribed percocet 10mg for the last 2 years and decided i wanted to quit taking them, ive seen prescription pain killers ruin alot of lives and i dont want something like that to happen to me. anyway i havent been feeling good since i quit taking the medicine and a friend gave me these and said they would help make me feel better, i just wanted to get other opinions before a took them. thanks ## These contain 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat some mood disorders and certain types of nerve pain… and to have any affect, they need to be taken for 4 to 6 weeks, so they really aren't going to do anything to help with withdrawals. Have you consulted your doctor? It would most lik...

Received green capsules suppose to be 50 mg tramadol, outer foil pack says sandoz out of Mumbai India . Anyone know about these ? ## Yeah, it's cool. I take them. No worries. ## Sandoz appears to have some sort of presence in Mumbai, India, but I can't seem to find any specific details on that location or their legitimacy. The international headquarters is based in Germany according to their website (Sandoz.com). However, they also have a more local spot in Princeton, New Jersey. All I'm saying is that you might want a second or third confirmation from one of the deemed 'official' locations before going off one anonymous review saying "it's cool, no worries". @james, This is not to discredit you, but if you're going to be vague about your description,...
green capsule, nothing written on it package says Aurotrama. I ordered Ultram or Tramadol ## DID YOU ORDER THIS FROM INDIA? IF SO I HAVE THE SAME MEDS AND IT IS TRAMADOL. ## I can't guarantee it, but that is what they claim it is, Tramadol. This is an analgesic. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You can read more here: Does anyone else have experience with using this? ## Yes, I also ordered the same thing for menstrual cramps. My Dr wouldn't give me anything and told me to take advil because there are so many drug addicts out there the people who genuinely need the pain meds (my case, endometriosis) Dr's won't write scrips for them. I have the green pills and they seem to have the same effect as the Ultram (Tramadol) anyway,...
Ok the dark red relatively large round tablet is coated with red, when split the inside is white. One side is scored the other imprinted with 225. Commonly Indian made, and the same look is also manufactured in Egypt.. Now my understanding, the high concentration as well as coating is supposed to make it time-release. One notice is that this is a bit mellowing and strong...It also gets me hungry, now the original ones ultram or tramadol capsules yeild a real stimulating euphoria, confidence, talkative, clever, insomnia and appetite suppression but no anxiety or palpitations like amphetamines and a terrible comedown follows in 4 -6 hrs.. Taking tramadol with downers like little benzos enhances the analgesic effect and the mellowing relaxation.. Generally speaking tramadol compared to oth...
I have bottle of liquid hydrocodon-Acetamin 7.5-325/15 & the QTY:150 how many ML EQUALS TO ONE TABLET ## Hello, Mob! How are you? 15, that's what the 7.5-325/15 means on the label, that's the dosage you get in 15mls, 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## 5 mls is 1 teaspoon. 1 teaspoon of this med is 7.5 mg Hydrocodone/325 Acetaminophen. ## if 5 mls is 1 teaspoon, than the 15 would refer to 3 teaspoons equaling the actual dosage of 7.5-325. Am I right or am I right? ## I think Im right, 5mls, 1 teaspoon equals 7.5 mg Hydrocodone/325 Acetaminophen. 3 teas...
I have morphine pills that I want to take for a kidney stone (I get them frequently, so I know that it is a kidney stone), but the bottle that I found today (yes I know I need a new prescription), is dated Feb/05. I do not know if it would be safe to take these, and I do not know who to ask, since it is the Canada Day Holiday, and these pills are over 6 years old, as it is currently July/11. ## To clarify...I ordinarily do have a current prescription, but I forgot to ask the last time I was in at my pain specialist, just a week ago. As a result I went searching for relief and came across an old bottle. Also, I did end up taking the pills, and I unfortunately started throwing up about an half hour afterwards. And the pills did not seem to relieve the pain, but that might be because it di...
Should i be honest with my new dr and tell him i was released from a pain clinic because no opiates were detected in my U/A? I am in so much pain that i did take an extra one here and there throughout the month. Please advise! ## Honesty is always the best policy in my opinion. Especially if they have this sort of patient-information readily accessible in their system, it would be embarrassing to get caught red-handed and then flagged from receiving further treatment. From what I understand (and this may just be a rumor for all I know, so please take it for what you will...), all of the patient's medical records are reportedly shared/accessible between any doctors/pharmacists across the country to monitor doctor shopping, failed drug panels, filling early prescriptions and other rel...
I recently had my appendix burst on me, and the surgeon can't do the surgery until the swelling and inflammation goes down to an acceptable level. Also put me on Ertapenam iv daily infusion to keep bacterial infection away. I have a prescription for vicoprofen 7.5/200, but my insurance company will only approve 50 per month! The prescription is for every 4 hrs as needed. I am wondering if this script is eligible for the mail order prescription that I can get with all of my other meds, or no , because it is a controlled substance/ opioid ? And just how expensive would it be to pay out of pocket for the remainder of that which my insurance won't cover ? Thanks
Updated in VicoprofenPeople in Tennessee who are in pain management or are being prescribed pain meds are no aware of all the new laws that went into effect July, 1. 2013. I have been with the same Dr. for nearly three years, he told me last month about these changes and that I would have to see him at his new pain clinic for the month of July. Before I could see him I had to go through all the red tape,. everyone at the pain clinic was aware of me coming in, they all knew me by name even though it was my first visit. I had to talk to a law enforcement official who finger printed me, took my picture, did a background check and preformed a drug test, checked me for needle marks, etc. all this before I could see my Dr. Oh yeah, and I had to pay up too. Once I got to see my doctor we talked about all these cha...
All I need to know is how many norco 5's equal one 25mg fentanyl patch? I usually use fentanyl patches for my severe sciatica pain but I ran out and missed my regularly scheduled appt due to my husband having surgery. I do have a new appt but not for a week and I have norco 5's of mine I can take til then but I need to know how many will be close to the pain control I get from the patch. ## The Fentanyl is much, much stronger, so you aren't actually going to be able to take an equivalent dose of the Norco, especially since it also contains Acetaminophen. Taking too much of it in a day can be fatally toxic. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Ha...
I have just been cut off from my doctors for taking too many norco. I've been on them 20 years, have severe tmj and no way to fix it, i am now without anything and am really on the verge...... I need a doctor or if anyone knows anyone where i can get rid of the pain. I was laid up for 3 days with this problem, can someone help? please ## You should probably been on a extended release med, since your pain is chronic. Also, always consult your doctor if your doseage is not no longer working for you before taking more than prescribed. Norco is not a good med to be on for a long period of time due to the tynlenol. Bad for your liver. Besides all that, where do you live? Maybe we can find a doctor for you in your area/ state. Sorry your in pain. Donna ## I live in temecula and like i sai...
I have to go to pain management for the first time on friday. It is tuesday can anyone help me out and tell me if the opanas will be out of my system by friday so i will be in the clear? ## It is really difficult to give you a definitive answer. Narcotics are usually detectable in a urine test for 4 to 5 days, after taking them. However, other factors can also have an effect on this. Such as your metabolism, overall health, activity levels, fluid intake, frequency of use and amount used. Are there any other questions? ## were you in the clear? ## I took two opana, one 5 days ago and the other 4 days ago. I have to go for a urine test at the pain clinic this afternoon. This is the only time I ever took Opana. Will it show up in my urine? ## I don't know I passed or not. My mother gav...
I've been on oxycodone 15mg and oxycodone 40mg long acting for over ten years. My pm Doctor drug tested my urine and is telling me I'm testing positive for hydromorphone and wants to stop giving me my pain medication. I have never taken anything except oxycodone as required by my pm contract. How can I test positive for hydromorphone? ## I also take 40mg oxycontin twice daily and 15 mg of oxycodone three times a day and have been in pain management for almost 17 years. Now suddenly in failing urin test for didalid and morphine. Have never taken this in my life! Why does it keep showing up? In also on 300 mg netrontin twice a day. They r talking of kicking me out of my pm. I need. Help and answers fast. ## No one is responding to my question. I'm really frustrated can't e...
The general answer is 72 hours unless you have liver problems. I take a urine test every two weeks at a clinic, very high level testing. They are looking for .001 nanograms of oxycodone in your urine. I took 200 mg of oxycodone on Sunday night and passed with ease on Thursday afternoon. You can calculate the half life detection time by taking the total miligrams of oxycodone you took most recently in a 24 hour period (i.e, 100mg) and divding by 2 until you get to .001. For every time you divide a number by 2, add 4 hours. So it would look something like this 100/2 = 50 4 hours 50/2 = 25 4 hours 25/2 = 12.5 4 hours and you keep doing this until you get to .001. Once you have that .001, add up all of the 4 hour increments and that is how long you will need to generally pass a urine analys...
I'm coming thru a reduction of morphine SR 100mg down to 60mg. This has been hell as ive never ever known before. Im wondering if I can try and reduce further by 10mg at a time over the next 5 years? I am so afraid now that as I become older and not able to control the situation that some Dr will come into the picture and just reduce me as this last Dr has done. I was on 100mg for 25years for chronic back pain. I still have the back pain but finding not as bad as it was in the first 10 years following injury. I know I cant get through the PAWS again. I have no family or support here in the country i now live. Please can you advise me? Has anyone reading here suffered severe abdominal pain, anxiety and no sleep barely when reducing their long-term morphine pain meds by half? I'm ...
