Hi; I was prescribed hydrocodone by my doctor (and ran out) a friend of mine brought me 2 pills and I just wanted to make sure they are hydrocodone only. They are an oval shape, white, and on one side it has the number 600, and on the other side it says IP 132 He states that they are in fact 600mg hydrocodone. Is he right? What is in this medication all I know that it has ancenphetomine??? ## Tramadol is a narcotic pain reliever (also known as an opioid). Actually, Tramadol is the name of the active ingredient itself (so there is nothing 'in' it per say). Sometimes it is combined with Acetaminophen, and the brand of that medication is called Ultracet. Does not mention there being any letters 'a z' on it though. This is Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg, which treats high blood pressure. Does that sound familiar at all?

I have an unidentified pill. Looks like my old generic vicodin pills. It is white and oval shaped. It is scored down the center, like cutting the pill in half if you wanted to split it easily.
