hey, i'm trying to find a psychiatrist in washtenaw county that will write scrips for depression and chronic pain

It is very unlikely that you will find one that prescribes both, because treating pain is not what they are trained to do.

In most cases, they will only prescribe psychiatric medications and you must see your general practitioner or pain management specialist for pain medications, if appropriate.
