Is the marking possibly 4810 V?

The V doesn't stand for the name of the drug, it's the logo for the manufacturer, Vintage Pharmaceuticals.

This tablet contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone, which is a narcotic analgesic.
