Pain Medication A To Z

I am 38 years old. I have pain and stiffness and swelling in my both knees and also pain on the tip of ulna near wrist of left hand. I have also pain in my left clavicle. I m HLA-B27 positive. I have taken allopathic and ayurvedic medicines. But no relief. suggest me what should I do? Is it Arthritis or Ankylosing spondylitus. What is the difference between these diseases. How to get relief from them?
