Pain Management Doctors In Utah

I moved from TN to Utah and I'm having problems finding a doctor who is taking on new patients. I have been on 60 100mg morphine 2x a day and 120 20mg oxycodone 4x a day since 2009 after breaking my back in several places. Can anyone offer any advice? Even with being on disability supporting MRIs, X-rays, etc they still want to do another surgery. Unless something new comes out I'm not willing to try surgery again. I just want to stay on what worked and not have them say physical therapy or acupuncture will fix everything because it won't. Any suggestions?
